Fresh N Fit Cuisine - How It Works


New meals are added each week to our menus that reflect the flavors and ingredients of each season. Each meal is chef prepared, nutritionally balanced and always fresh, never frozen using locally sourced ingredients.

 

Easily order your favorite meals in two ways: MEAL PLANS—available in 5 or 7 day options or SINGLE MEALS—order in any quantity from any menu. All of our meals are perfectly portioned to serve 1 person with most available in 2 different calorie options: Regular (~400 calories) and Hearty (~600 calories).

Ordering a Meal Plan

Select from any of our 5 Meal Plan menus: Classics, Low Carb, Paleo, Vegetarian or Keto. If you’re looking for more variety, try our Create Your Own option and choose the meals you want from all 5 of our menus. Next, choose your desired calorie level and number of days and weeks you would like service. Finally, select your delivery method.

Auto Renew
We know how busy your daily routines can be, that’s why we have an Auto Renew option to make it easier for you to order your meals. If you’re ordering a straight “chef’s choice” menu, you can have your plan automatically renew every week. No more setting reminders or forgetting to place your order thanks to Auto Renew. And that’s one less thing you’ll have to worry about each week.

The best part is that you can pause Auto Renew at any time as long as it’s before our order cutoff deadlines to impact the upcoming week. Please note that Auto Renew is not available on our Create Your Own meal plans or single meals.

 

Making Changes To An Existing Order
Want to try a different menu or change your pickup location? Making changes to your order can easily be done by contacting our Customer Service Team via phone at 678-208-0341, email (include email address link), or live chat (include live chat link) during our normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 8am - 5pm and Friday from 8am - 3pm.

As long as those changes are made before our order cutoff deadlines, they will impact the upcoming week of service.

Setting Up Your Meal Preferences

Don’t like mushrooms or onions? Not a problem. Looking for diabetic friendly meals? Not a problem. Trying to avoid shellfish or wheat? Not. A. Problem. By setting up your preferences on your Account page, you will have the ability to exclude meals with certain allergens and ingredients.
